Play Guidelines

Paintball’s wild and messy fun but we’ve also got rules to keep everyone safe, happy, and coming home grinning.

Who’s Allowed to Play?

At PPK, safety comes first. Under NSW law, you must be 12 years or older to play paintball. No exceptions.

  • Minimum Age: 12 years old
  • ID Required: All players must bring valid photo ID - driver’s licence, passport, NSW Proof of Age card, or student ID for under 18s.
  • No ID = No play. It’s essential for legal and safety reasons.
  • Waiver Completed = Prior to play everyone must complete a digital waiver. If you're under 18, parental consent is required.

Session Times & Arrival Details

We run two paintball sessions every day:

  • Morning session: Arrive by 8:00am
  • Afternoon session: Arrive by 12:30pm

Each session runs about 2 – 3.5 hours depending on group size and how much paint you’re keen to fire off.

Running late? Please call us ASAP. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but we can’t always delay session times.

✅ Digital waivers must be completed by all players before your game day.

Leave the Booze (and Other Stuff) at Home

Safety first - always. No alcohol or drugs are allowed on site before or during paintball activities.

Anyone showing up under the influence won’t be allowed to play, and there’ll be no refunds. Save the celebratory drinks for after your paintball victory stories!

Listen Up - Safety is Serious

Every session at PPK starts with a comprehensive safety briefing. It’s quick, clear, and essential. If you miss it, you can’t play - no exceptions.

While on the field, you’ll be under the supervision of our trained referees, who are there to keep things safe and fair for everyone.

Masks On, Game On

Your mask is your best mate on the battlefield. Masks must stay on at all times while you’re on the field - no lifting them, even for a second.

Remove your mask only in designated safe zones when instructed by staff.

If you have your own gear and want to use it, let us check it out first to ensure it meets our safety standards.

Booking, Deposits & Refunds

Your booking is only confirmed once we’ve received your deposit.

  • A $50 deposit per player secures your spot (paid via group organiser)
  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for no-shows.
However, if someone drops out, you’re welcome to replace them with another player.
  • Deposits are due in full a minimum of 2 weeks before your date of play

Keeping it Safe & Fun for Everyone

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any players who:

  • Arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Cannot properly wear a safety mask due to fit or non-compliance
  • Repeatedly break the rules or behave unsafely

We’re serious about safety - it’s how we keep the fun going for everyone.

Wet Weather? No worries

Sessions run in wet weather. Paintball is an outdoor sport and rain doesn’t automatically cancel games.

  • In wet weather, it’s useful to bring a bag for wet gear, a change of clothes and a towel.
  • Enclosed shoes are required regardless of weather conditions.
  • Games may be paused or adjusted if conditions become unsafe (e.g. lightning, extreme storms).
  • No refunds are issued solely due to rain.

Food & Drink Policy

Unfortunately, due to our venue license, outside food is not permitted. We know this can be inconvenient and we appreciate your understanding.

✅ Drinks are allowed - we also have cold drinks for sale onsite for $3 (soft drinks and bottled water).

🚫 No alcohol allowed at any time.

Your Privacy Matters

We only collect the personal info we need to run your booking and keep things safe on the field. We never share your details without your permission, unless required by law.
